How much will it cost?

After a free site visit, you get an itemised quotation. The price depends on three things:

Do I pay everything upfront?

No. You pay 10% to book, and it counts towards the total. The rest is split like this:

10% to book
35%, 30% and 20% as each stage of work is finished
Pay the final 5% at handover, after we inspect the work together and clear the agreed snag list.
What does the quote include?

Every item of work is its own line, with materials and installation. Civil, electrical and plumbing changes get their own lines too.

How long will it take?

Usually 45 days for a kitchen and 3–5 days for painting. Each service above shows its usual time.

Yes, and we still install them. The warranty on items you buy stays with the seller.
